The wave of industrial reform is coming

Recently, the author learned from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology that seven departments, including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Finance, have jointly issued the "Implementation Plan for Promoting Equipment Renewal in the Industrial Field" (referred to as the "Implementation Plan"), proposing that by 2027, the investment scale in industrial equipment will increase by more than 25% compared to 2023, and the popularization rate of digital research and development design tools and the CNC rate of key processes in industrial enterprises above designated size will exceed 90% and 75%, respectively.
